Do we have to start with ISO 9001?
No. ISO 9001 ships first; the release order is ours, and your starting point is yours. Plenty of SMBs skip straight to the standard their customers actually require.
Does JumpStart ISO certify our management system?
No. JumpStart prepares your organization for certification readiness. Certification decisions are made by accredited certification bodies, not by JumpStart.
When do we learn the price?
Modules are priced when they ship, not before. You get exactly one email when your module is ready, and the price is in it. JumpStart ISO is intended to use published self-serve pricing, so the number you see is the number.
Do the modules include copies of the ISO standards?
No. You must hold your own lawful, licensed copy of any ISO standard you implement; JumpStart does not sell or provide copies of standards.
